We Serve

The Lions Club Douai Gayant has been established in 1984 by Alain-Blanquart.The watch word of the
Lions-Club is "we serve". Each Lions-Club is obliged to organize several events (show , concerts, lottery,
collection) to get money which will finance charities organisation. Self denial is also very important.
Each year there is members of the Lions Club who voluntarily answer the phone for the centers
of promises of the "telethon". In the past, the Lions Club Douai Gayant has organized:

-a beautiful show of butterfly and insects
-a big show of bonzai and rares flowers
-3 shows of old car and prestige
-several concerts
-each year ,there is a show-sale of masterpiece
-a sale of more than 10.000 candels for the christmas of handicapped children
